The following guideline and forms were produced by Local 562 to help faculty better understand how the Partial-Load Registry works, and to help faculty determine if they are eligible for priority hiring (and if so, for which courses).
We encourage all faculty to keep records of your past employment, specifically which courses your taught and from which School (Faculty).
The documents below are meant to help you do just this. This information is crucial if and when discussing priority hiring rights with your manager and/or to your union rep.
