The local receives seniority lists from Human Resources once per year, as per our collective agreement. These lists are shared with the local annually at the end of January, and are current as of December 31 of the previous year.

Below are the most recent seniority lists from the past few years, for full-time and partial-load faculty. These lists should be visibly posted around faculty offices and/or mail rooms. 

  • Update (Feb 3, 2021): Due to the pandemic, lists for this year will be posted on Humber’s website instead of in faculty offices and/or mail rooms. 

Please check the list and ensure your seniority is correct. Faculty have 2 weeks to dispute any discrepancies on the list.

  • Update (Feb 15, 2021): Due to complications with the HRMS system, service credits for Partial-Load faculty may be incorrect. Therefore, we have requested that faculty be given 4 weeks to review the list, instead of 2 weeks. The College provided the Union the Partial-Load Seniority List on Feb 9, 2021, and PL faculty will have until March 9, 2021 to review and identify any errors on the list. If there is an error with your service credit number on the list, please submit a ticket to HR Support, and also send an email to your Associate Dean (not Program Coordinator) by March 9, 2021.
