In the last round of bargaining (2021), the Workload Task Force (WTF) was created. In 2022, Arbitrator William Kaplan mandated the WTF to produce a report to inform the 2024 round of bargaining. Nearly 5,000 members participated in data collection, making this the largest study of faculty workload, in the world, ever! Although it’s been delayed by several months, it’s finally here.
