Full-time Faculty, Partial-Load Faculty, and Clinical Teachers:

  • The Local receives Seniority Lists from Human Resources once per year, as per our collective agreement. These lists are shared with the Local annually at the end of January, and are current as of September 1 (for FT) and December 31 (for PL) of the previous year.
  • Please click on the link below for the most recent Seniority List, as well as lists from previous years. These lists should be posted by the College in visible areas, such as faculty offices and/or mail rooms. 
  • Please check the most updated Seniority List (see below) and ensure your seniority is correct.
  • Faculty have 2 weeks to dispute any discrepancies on the list.
  • Partial-Load Faculty: If there is an error with your service credit number on the list, please submit a ticket to HR Support, and also send an email to your Associate Dean (not Program Coordinator) as soon as possible. We also suggest that you CC or BCC yourself (non-college email) to retain a copy of your claim.
