For Program Coordinators, the imposed Terms and Conditions say that your work will be reduced to writing, meaning you should be receiving explicit written instructions on what your PC duties are. As each coordinator is allotted different number of hours on their SWF for PC duties, please talk to your supervisor if the assigned work is inconsistent with the hours provided.
